My past was filled with misery and difficulty. Growing up, I never really had a secure home life. My mom and dad were constantly quarreling, and eventually, they divorced when I was just a adolescent. I was compelled to bounce around between different family members’ houses, never really feeling like I fit in.

But all challenges I faced, I always found solace in video games. They provided me with an escape from the mayhem of my real life and allowed me to become immersed in imaginary worlds. I spent hours upon hours playing games, honing my skills as time went on.

And then, one particular day, something occurred altered my life permanently. I was playing a game online with a handful of friends when I was suddenly lost connection from the server. At first, I speculated it was just a glitch, but as it turned out, my internet service had been disconnected due to an outstanding bill that my parents had neglected to pay.

I was devastated. How was I going to be able to manage to play my favorite games without internet? Still, rather than wallow in in self-pity, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I began saving up my allowance and doing odd jobs for neighbors in order to pay for my own internet service. It was not an easy, but eventually, I was able to get back online and resume playing the games that I loved.

As to develop my skills and investigate new games, I understood that I had a true passion for video gaming. I determined to start a blog to share my experiences and insights with others who were also passionate about gaming. It was a minuscule operation at first, but as I gained more followers, my blog began.

Now, I’m a full-time gamer and blogger, sharing my love of video games with the world. It’s not always easy, but it’s a zeal that keeps going, and I couldn’t be happier.
